Job Title: Head of Search

Evolve Media is a new and exciting digital search agency based in the South East of England. We require a Senior SEO professional to join our friendly team in this exciting and fun environment

This is an amazing opportunity to be one of the founding members of this new and exciting company. We are dedicated to providing Digital Search Solutions and consultancy within the UK with ambitions to grow exponentially.

To be considered you will be an accomplished Senior SEO Executive who has the ability to drive the natural search strategy for this agency and has a proven record in delivering results in competitive markets.

Skills required;

  • Analyse a client's current website and provide a well defined site assessment on current natural search performance
  • Understand the major technical factors that influence natural search crawlability, indexing and keyword ranking.
  • Perform Natural Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities, including but not limited to, identification and analysis of performance metrics; keyword research and ranking analysis; competitive market audits; writing SEO friendly copy and implementation of SEO best practices.
  • Proactively present program recommendations along with benefits to clients in order to timely advance program goals and objectives.
  • Support the account management team, including interaction with clients and partners.
  • Take an active interest in new SEO innovations such as RSS, Social search, blogging and Video and communicate these benefits to clients
  • Understanding analytics, how to measure performance and report regularly on SEO progress
  • Assess, manage and report on inbound link building strategies

 Candidate Requirements:

  • Client facing and exceptional written and numeracy skills including high proficiency in excel
  • Commercial awareness of natural Search in the context of client's marketing plans
  • Website build- HTML, DDA, JavaScript
  • Appreciation of CMS and dynamic URL's
  • Appreciation of web analytics and techniques
  • A curious disposition to technology and SEO developments
  • Minimal 2 years experience in house or agency
  • Team orientated
  • Proven track record of delivering results

Job Title: Self-employed Telesales Representatives (x 2)

Evolve Media is a new and exciting digital search agency based in the South East of England. We require  two self-employed experienced telesales executives.

We have vacancies for two self employed commission based telesales people required to sell our internet promotion packages, namely Search Engine Optimisation packages to businesses in the South of the UK.
We pay 15% commission on ALL of the Search Engine Optimisation packages sold, which we believe is a fantastic rate of commission, PLUS ongoing commission for as long as the clients stays with us. Our contract terms are 6 months or 12 months, so each sale would generate commission for at least the following 6 months.

You can earn in excess of £600 from one sale – (terms and conditions apply)

Duties and Responsibilities

Phoning local businesses informing them of our internet promotion packages, and selling them accordingly.
Mainly cold calling businesses using such tools as Yellow Pages and internet directories.
You will be responsible for closing deals over the telephone in most cases, and making appointments in other cases.

Packages you will be mainly selling will be:

  • Search Engine Optimisation packages
  • Monthly Link Building Contracts
  • Website Design/Development

 Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required

  • Experience in telesales, ideally business to business.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • An interest in computers/SEO/Internet technology
  • You will need to be literate and numerate.

There is the potential for the successful telesales executive/s to become permanent and salaried member of staff after an initial 6 month trial period (dependent on targets being achieved)
